Capen House

The Capen House is a Historic home venue originally built in 1885 by one of Winter Park’s earliest residents James Seymour Capen. Though it remained a family home for over 100 years, more recently the home has undergone a painstaking restoration and now shares a campus with the stunning Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Garden and can be rented as an event venue.
Casa Feliz

Stepping into Casa Feliz, guests are transported to the Spanish countryside. This “Happy House” was ironically built during the Great Depression in 1932. In 2000 the house was set to be demolished when the Winter Park community banded together to raise enough funds so that the home could be picked up and moved across the street to its current location on the Winter Park Golf Course. It has since been restored and now serves the community as a historic landmark, museum and event venue.

The Maitland Art Center

The Acre
